  • During the meeting we will ask you general questions about the type of business you run, your needs, current challenges and services you require. To tailor your proposal, we will need to know your turnover, average monthly number and the type of transactions.

  • The meeting can take up to 45 minutes.

  • We tailor our fees to individual needs. No other business is the same as yours. Therefore, we want you to give you the best service. In order to provide you with a personalised quote and service, we need some details about your business. As an accountancy provider, we comply with the Data Protection Act 2018. All information provided by you during the consultation is strictly confidential.

  • We aim to deliver your proposal within 48 hours. However it may take longer if we require information from you that could not be provided in the initial meeting.

  • Some clients like to have regular contact to discuss their business, and we are happy to agree on regular meetings with you. Other clients prefer minimal contact, we are happy to accommodate either way. When working on your accounts or tax return, we may contact you more frequently.

  • Absolutely. Business is never constant and we understand that. We can have a discussion about adding more services or changing the way they are delivered, just let us know what you may need and we will be happy to discuss changes with you.
